Refund policy

At Aveniqa Nails, each custom nail set is handmade and made to order with care. Because of this, custom nail orders are final and non-refundable once accepted.

Tools and other eligible non-custom products may be returned, as long as they are unused and in their original condition.

We do not accept returns or refunds for custom sets due to the personalized nature of the product. However, if there is an issue related to nail sizing or a design error, please contact our support team so we can review the issue and help provide a solution.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are accepted for processing. Once a custom order has been accepted, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Order Issues

If you receive an order with a design error, sizing concern, or another issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review your concern and work with you to resolve it appropriately.

Return Conditions for Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, non-custom items must:

  • be unused

  • be in original condition

  • be returned within your return window

  • include original packaging where applicable
