Processing Time

Because Aveniqa Nails offers handmade and made-to-order products, processing time is up to 2 weeks , depending on the style, level of detail, and current order volume.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Estimated processing times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Custom Orders

Custom nail sets may require additional time depending on the design, length, detail level, and personalization requested. More detailed sets and freestyle designs may take longer within the stated processing window.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier handling the package.

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, holidays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Aveniqa Nails is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aveniqanails.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been placed.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, when available. Please allow time for the tracking to update after shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Aveniqa Nails is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first. You may also contact us at support@aveniqanails.com, and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and items so we can review the issue.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

Aveniqa Nails is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
